So Alexander McQueen's Spring Summer 2010 show has come and gone leaving a trail of "ooohs" and "wows" in it's scaly wake but how does such an outstanding collection ultimately translate to the streets? And how can the boys wear it for that matter...
First and foremost, it's important to understand that this collection is considered "ready to wear" and not couture. Right. Now most people think canvas shoes, shorts and tanks are ready to wear - and on that note, where on earth and why would I be ready to wear this? Comeback Kid
Comeback Kid, where did you get the quote at the top of this post? It was in the press release for the collection.
Comeback Kid, I really want to see more of this show. Tobacco and Leather have some great shots and Style.com has everything (plus close ups). Also, Dazed Digital has some snaps of the breathtaking set.
